Salmon wings (also known as tips) are some of our coveted favorites and they’ve been catching on with our customers, as well. They’re moist, rich, delicious and easy, plus they are cheaper per pound then King or Coho salmon fillet portions.
Shares will come with a mix of King and Coho salmon wing packages, with roughly 1-2 packages of king salmon wings, and 3-5 packages of Coho salmon wings. Toss them in a little oil and spices then grill or broil until slightly crispy (~2 min). Think chicken wings except salmon!
