You’ve probably seen fish collars served at higher end restaurants and that’s because they are so amazing! Collars are some of our coveted favorites and they’ve been catching on with our customers, as well. They’re moist, rich, delicious and easy, plus they are cheaper per pound than the King salmon fillet portions or the king salmon wings. Best in a quick marinade or tossed in a little oil and spices then grilled or broiled until slightly crispy.

Note: You’re in luck! We still have king salmon collars that was caught in 2025. Don’t worry - we keep the fillet portions extra chilly at -10 to -35F so they’re just as tasty as always.

Packages range between 1 - 1.25 lbs. Expect to see roughly 5 packages in a 6.25-pound share.

Your Fisher: Lynn Steyaart of F/V Miss Alice (a Honeywilya Fish product)

Fishing Method: Troll caught (hook-n-line)
