They’re moist, rich, delicious and easy, plus they are cheaper per pound than the King salmon fillet portions or the king salmon wings. Best in a quick marinade or tossed in a little oil and spices then grilled or broiled until slightly crispy.
Note: You’re in luck! We still have king salmon collars that was caught in 2025. Don’t worry - we keep the fillet portions extra chilly at -10 to -35F so they’re just as tasty as always.
