You’ve probably seen fish collars served at higher end restaurants and that’s because they are so amazing! Collars are some of our coveted favorites and they’ve been catching on with our customers, as well. They’re moist, rich, delicious, plus they are cheaper per pound than the Sablefish fillet portions. Best in a quick marinade or tossed in a little oil and spices then grilled or broiled until slightly crispy.
Packages range between 1.15 - 1.4 lbs. Expect to see roughly 5 packages in a 6 pound share.
