Rich and nourishing seafood broths made from our wild Alaskan Coho and King salmon (for our salmon broth) and lingcod (for our lingcod broth) that are simmered to create a warm, nutritious and delicate flavor you can use for soup, chowder or ramen recipes. Crafted from our responsibly caught fish and as much Vermont grown vegetables and herbs as possible, this broth is has both a silky, and calming essence of the sea as well as fresh flavors of Vermont. Perfect as a warm sipping broth on its own or as a flavorful base for seafood chowder or soups. Pure, wild, and delicious.

Ingredients for Salmon Broth: Alaska king and coho salmon, onion, celery, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, peppercorn, sea salt, and lemon.

Ingredients for Lingcod Broth: Alaska lingcod, onion, celery, garlic, carrots, thyme, parsley, fennel, peppercorn, sea salt, and lemon.

A share consists of 2 - 32 oz. containers of the broth of your choosing. Contains 28 fluid ounces of broth in each container. Broth comes frozen.
